Questions from a begginner

Hi everyone, I turned 16 a couple weeks ago and just got a 2000 Landcruiser with about 346k miles on it. Its been mostly used as a farm vehicle in Kansas but is still in good shape. I'm really loving it so far. It has some rust on the fenders and I'm curious if its worth fixing. If so, how should I do it and whats a good cost estimate?
