question for those Down Under

My 1988 BJ74 needs a intake heater relay.
Would an vehicle destined for Aus. be equipped with one?

Not Down Under but, yes they do.

It is 12 volt however, as opposed to 24 volt JDM.

Does it have to be off a BJ74? I thought maybe one off another vehicle like a HJ61 or a 24v BJ73 24v might be the same

HJ61 and BJ73 relays are totally different.

The only application for 28610-58040 is 24 volt BJ71 and BJ74.

BJ71/74 Japan or BJ71 Europe.
