Question About Front and Rear Fender Lips

I met up with Delancy in Tulsa last weekend and he mentioned to me that the left front fender lip is exact the same shape as the right rear fender lip, and vice-versa. I held one of my fronts up to my rears and they look pretty damn close, but I admittedly have a terrible eye for bodywork. Can anyone confirm this? I trust Delancy, but would like to know if anyone has actually grafted a front fender lip onto the rear? I searched for a past thread on this subject to no avail.

Since I'm paying my metal guy by the hour, I want to fully advise him on anything that could save him time and me money. I gave him the list of what Bobm makes, but he wants to inspect the blasted body again before we decide what to order.

OK, stop right there, if I have learn anything on mud, if @Delancy say it it’s one most likely true and two always expensive…

If you can stomach 70 or so pages of nonsense look on my build thread Target carrier I grafted the front lips to my rear from my front of whatever Delancy said, bottom line I have pictures..
