Hey guys been a long time reader of these forums and now I finally have a question which I haven't been able to find answered here yet.

I own a 85' Bj73 and I'm in the process of blowing some coin on it, I'm up to the point in my list where I want to turbo the engine.

My question is; I've heard there is in fact a 3B Red and a 3B Blue, do both of these have oil cooled Pistons? If not which is which?

Also I've heard a lot about Diesel42's turbo kit for the 3B but since I'm in Australia it's not exactly the best option for me so anyone on here have experience with the guys at turbo-glide and their product then I'd love to hear about it!

Thanks guys, Warwick

Both have the piston oil squirters.

If your BJ73 has the clutch booster on the pedestal off the firewall then any turbo setup that uses the 13B-t manifold (like the diesel42 kit) will have very little clearance or may hit.
