Quarter window in doors - Removal

Hi all, Just wondering how do I remove the quarter window in my doors?. Ive taken off the interior panel, and undone the bolt at bottom, and then at the top, but cant seem to get it out, even with jiggling it around. Any advice or anything im missing?

are you talking about the early doors with the wing windows? You need to open the wing window about half way to get the top part of the door to slide out of the bottom.

Yep those are the one's ive tried with window open and closed, and in my jiggling i've busted the rivet on the top of the window to get it out. Is there any other fixings that I should be looking for? Or do I need to have the main window out of door before I take the track out? I should of posted some pics to jog people's memories, but Im at work and not looking forward to busting more on the doors when giving it a crack again this arvo.

Did you end up getting it out without pulling the main window out??

You need to click on a members user name and check when they were last on mud.
In this case it's been over three years. I wouldn't expect an answer anytime soon.
