I didn't see you mention it but, how's your front arm bushings?
I cant tell you how many vehicles I've had with worn front arms causing pulling just like that. One side badly worn and one side moves out on acceleration and back when braking. I've seen the rear do the same but the front is a bit more exaggerated on front wheel drive and all wheel drive.
test them with a pry bar, not just looking.
Fronts were replaced 8k miles ago with castor correcting bushings. Rear at pivot I haven’t touched. Will double check.

Both front wheels have proper toe in spec?
Possibly a silly question, but an honest one, isn't there only one adjustment for toe that impact both front wheels? Or is there a way to adjust them separately?

I ask because I recently set my toe by adjusting the tie rod at home using the measuring tape method, the centered the steering wheel by adjusting the track rod. I'd like to make final adjustment if there is more to it.

Yes, they are linked, and will/ should self centre.

If "one side is off" steering wheel will come to rest off centre.

What you did is right. There's is an alignment mask on the pitman arm and steering box. Alinging these is part of the correct procedure

I'd look at the frame side front arm bushings if you haven't replaced them. I just did mine last week, one was split pretty well. I have the OME correction bushings too (about 100k on them). Hard braking has improved. I wonder if you didn't stress one enough in the process of putting in the new springs that it tore. Check the FSM for correct orientation.

I’ve seen this symptom multiple times with rear upper control bushings that are totally shot, as well as with adjustable rear upper control arms that are stripped on one side.

I’ve also now seen multiple occasions where castor correction bushings were installed and the radius arm brackets were cracked, welds fully broken, and in one case a bracket completely torn from the axle. Not saying correlation is causation but the stats are starting to add up. It might be worth a look see.
