The FJ Cruiser is a 2010 - currently it has 168k miles on it. Haven't had any real issues - changed the brakes, kept up with maintenance... That's about it.
The rear end did get a bit over pressured during this incident - I didn't notice until I started to get wheel speed sensor issues. I pulled the sensors and found that they were covered in gear oil. So I figure the hub seals had blown due to the pressure in the rear end.
I cleaned out the hubs and the sensors - reinstalled them and haven't had a problem since. Guessing it was a one time squirt by and then it must have re-sealed itself.
