Disassemble the E brake and let it hang loose with the cable attached.Tuck it over the exhaust to keep it out of the way.I balanced mine at the front pass side and at the rear on the drivers side useing the exhaust manifold mounting bolt.I also looped that chain and locked it in place with a bolt and some large flat washers to keep it secure at the cherrypicker and bolted the othe end to the starter mounting hole in the flywheel.I took a bit of adjusting to get the right link to drop the trans/t case to the correct angle.Trust me,it's the easiest way.They say if you want to find the easy way to get it done...hire a lazy man to do it. :beer:
 
I got a hold of MAF who sold me the cam and they shipped another one to me today, I just have to ship the cam they sent back tomorrow. Props to them for having awesome customer service.
 
anyone with an early F know the size of the Nuts that hold the valve cover on? In my haste to disassemble I seem to have misplaced them. Any help would be much appreciated. TIA
