the manufacturer said they've used everything from r.i.t. dye to specific plastic dies to kyrlon spray paint to hammerite. hammerite was considered the best looking and easiest to apply. wish i coulda gotten em in black or charcoal, but this is nice for those that are making custom panels cause now you can choose the color. best thing is they won't shatter for a long time

For those of us pig newbies, what are those? I don't recall seeing them on my 71
rear cargo panel vent plate.
late 72 and later have the vent louvre on the rear marker light. there is a small duct that goes from the louvre to the inner cargo panel. the white piece Ige made goes over the hole in the cargo panel...

not the best pics,
first is how you can tell if you should have the inside vent (somewhere around 72 on)...if you have this plastic trim around the rear quarter marker light.
second, is where the vent cover should go
third is the rig i test fit the prototype vent on...kinda hard to see it behind the parts stash
