how many miles on the motor and what state r u in.?

I said PA(Pennsylvania) right in the title of the thread.
And I thought the license plate in the first pic would help.
Best I can tell, the restoration was done at 145K miles.
The PO and I put less than 10K miles on it according to prior registrations.
I registered it mileage exempt here in PA.
