hi, guys i just finished rebuilding rear brakes and hub on my cruiser, put new seals and everything, but i can not get the preload right, whatever i do it's stays the same

too tight, could it be the grease resistance, i did the whole procedure as described

how are you measuring it .. ? fish scale .?
