To run a US LHD 80 Series gearbox on LHD 70, is it as simple as swapping to a 80 Series RHD pitman arm, mounted aft facing?

80 correct steering forward arm, in right turn you are pushing.
rear arm (same box) you are pulling

70 correct rear steer, rear arm is pushing in right turn

How critical is the push/pull function, Rick?

Was taught to always push the handlebars in a turn, not pull, but don't know if that's relevant here, or not.

In line with above, 70 boxes as robust as the 80/105s?

Drawbacks to moving the box back to face pitman forward?
