"Updated as of September 8, 2011: The Pikes Peak Ranger District is pleased to release the Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) for the South Rampart Travel Management Plan. We are now soliciting formal written comments on the three Draft Alternatives. This 30 day-comment period will end on Monday October 17, 2011. Comments may be e-mailed to comment@southrampart.net; submitted through the comment link on this webpage; or mailed to: AECOM, Attn: South Rampart TMP EA, 240 E. Mountain Ave., Fort Collins, CO 80524. A Final EA addressing public comments and the Decision is expected in early 2012."

I don't know these areas all that well but based on a quick skimming, it seems like there is more being added than taken away in the preferred alternative.
