Hi everybody.
If you have power window problems the fix is here.
The original door switches in all but the drivers window are designed to carry all the current needed to operate the power windows.
The switches are just a basic set of metal points that become pitted and burnt from the excessive current needed to operate the old windows. The drivers side window is relay operated to allow the one touch down function.
One of the best mods I have done is to install relays on all the other doors to allows the current to transverse the relays instead of the door switches. (You may have to clean the original door switch contacts) or replace them if they are truly bad (OR BROKEN) but they only need to supply milliamps now to operate the relays.

The drivers side switch bank I have only found on E-Bay (if anybody knows where they come from please post)
The relays can be purchased here (or your local auto electrics store if you are rich)

Took me about 4 hours to do the first one and an hour to do the last one. Not difficult but take your time and test. make sure you know where the circut breaker is (link in Silver starts post) clean all the runners while you have the door trims off and you will be amazed at the difference it makes.
Now ALL my windows go up and down like the drives side one.
