Shame on you -H-

You sir, are an officer of the court. (Be sure to wear that certain ball cap ;) )

Nice work! I will have to copy that.

Chris,what is that,about 3/16" plate? or thicker?
and the rod just matches the diameter of the existing bracket?

Is the bigger plate with the bottle clamps all part of the power tank bracket? Inquiring minds want to know! :G

thanks

Oh,and c-dan,what are the bracket p/n's in case one should go and modify and then suddenly need to use the third row seats again?

I looked them up eariler, don't remember the #'s off the top. I do remember that they were about 60 bucks a copy.

The plate is indeed 3/16". There is also a small piece of 1/4" thick flat bar. Under the rear mount side of the mount (see picture). I found that the stock mount has a slight rearward slope and the 1/4" spacer is just enough to level it out.

The size of the plate is not really important, this just happened to be what was able to find in the scrap pile at the local steel shop. The rod is 3/4" X.120 DOM, it's slightly larger than the factory tubing but easy to find in the scrap pile.

To get a better weld, I used a grinder to flatten out the two larger circles of steel on the factory mount. This allowed for a larger contact point for the weld.

Thanks Chris, great info there, makes it easy to duplicate(i think the power tank is a lot easier to add than an onboard engine driven compressor at this time)

ps:by the way, those sure are some purdy welds you done there :G
