power steering pulley questions Please help ...

Thanks for the information. WHen I tried to order the pulley from Grainger online, it seems you have to prove you're a business to order. I guess I'll call Ladis at Martins.

I DID IT , FINISHED THE MINI POWER STEERING CONVERSION LAST NIGHT.. THANKS TO BILL DORRY AND THE OTHERS HERE ON MUD ..

THANKS TO ALL OF YOU FOR THE INFO ....

I THOUGHT IT WAS COOL DRIVING THE CRUISER BEFORE, WOW ..
POWER STEERING IS ALL ITS CRACKED UP TO BE ...

ANYWHO SOME MORE INFO FOR THOSE DOING THIS ...

I USED THE SAME BELT FOR THE POWER STEERING PUMP AS FOR THE ALTERNATOR BELT... I DO HAVE SMOG ...

NAPA PART # 22495 OR GOODYEAR # 22500

AS FOR THE HIGH PRESSURE HOSE, MY MINI GEAR BOX IS OFF A 85
TRUCK, AND THE PUMP SAGINAW.

I USED A NAPA HIGH PRESSURE HOSE # 7-3354 A LITTLE LONG BUT FITS THE MINI GEAR BOX AND THE SAG BOX FITTINGS...


I HAVE TO SAY THIS MAY BE THE BEST CONVERSION SO FAR ....

HERE'S ONE FOR MUD AND ALL THE GREAT INFO ...

Where are you going to get the pulley?

Can you post of info / pics of install and things you found out, like PNs? I know that ROMER has a thread, but I have been having problems finding hte pulley.

What pump did you use for the fj60 ps conversion? Did you use the Volvo on or another Saginaw pump and pully?

I'm trying to source the right parts
