Hey guys,

I have had this pump unmounted, but never disconnected any of the hoses, but it sure looks like there is suppose to be another hose hooked on here. I have my pressure and return hose, so have no clue what would go here. Any help would be appreciated.

I know it's dirty. I just bought this and think this is the reason it is sooooo dirty.

definitely. PS pumps play with some high pressures, even at idle, that hole will blast ATF across your engine bay.

Ya, that's what I figured. But what do I plug it with? Just a screw in plug? Will that handle the Pressure?

Put a steel plug of the right threading and it should hold. The hoses only have steel ends and they manage to hold in place.

I'm a little confused.... You haven't removed any hoses from the pump, but think you have a hole you need to plug up? If you didn't remove any hoses than you shouldn't have to plug anything back up...

I just went and looked at mine, it's hard to see but it looks like there is an Alan wrench headed plug in it. Mine is weeping as well...

Ok, thanks 2nd Gen. I filled mine up and it didn't seem to spray out, so it must just be a small leak like yours.

makes sense. That's probably a factory drain. The angle of the picture jsut shows a colossal gap, but if it's a hex-head drain plug, it'd be deep set.

If it leaks bad, pull it, roll on some teflon tape, and reinstall.

Check your bracket bolts. I see one that's loose so there's a chance the others are wiggling out as well!

Oh, it was unmounted...nevermind!
