Hi guys,

I'm a mudder from Durango, CO and I'm trying to find an 80's guy near Garden Grove to check out a Craigslist rig and report back on it.

1993 Toyota Land Cruiser - off road

Can anybody help a mudder brother out?

From the post it could be a good deal, some talk of rust is worrisome... did you get the vin and do a carfax on it?

I haven't car faxed it yet....The listing mentions oxidation of the paint but doesn't mention rust???

Ray, you just bought 450Dudes Lexus didn't you? you should be an expert now....

Sorry I honed in on oxidation (in iron etc rust) thinking it was under the hood, I'm sure you are right though it's just paint.

I am not an expert, I'm a total idiot with good luck.

I'm real close to Garden Grove. I can check it out, but by the looks of it I can already tell that this rig hasn't exactly been pampered. It's also not locked, if you didn't already know that. He's also asking for too much, I'd say it's more like a $3k rig versus the $4.5k he's asking.
