Por15 outlets

Does anyone know of any chain stores that will sell POR15? I'd be willing to go with something that does the same thing if it is sold at Home Depot.
I'm looking for something flat black or clear to brush on to a few surface rust spots on my truck.

Our local ACE has it. It is about $5-10 more than the website but there is no shipping so it works out even.
