I lived in Louisiana, had a 2 car garage and had to choose between the 94 4runner, the 74 40 and the 99 Vette. The 40 and I both lost:whoops: . (It was not a good DD )

No; other Cruisers (still own an FJ80) but no 40 yet.

Have owned a 60 and 4 40s.

And 2 T-100s and a 3rd gen 4 runner.

The FJC is as good as any and better than most.

I have owned Jeeps, Tacomas, and currently own 4X4 Tundra as well as my new FJC. Didn't buy the FJC out of the blue. I knew it would be capable off road and make a good DD. I don't drive the Tundra much now. The FJC is just to much fun to drive.

I had an 84 FJ60 and a 94 FJ80. Loved both as well as several 4/Runners prevously owned. Ordered my FJC in January, picked it up at the end of March. Spent the first several months talking to curious onlookers every time I parked it in a parking lot. Too much fun, but I should have made some royalties from Toyota.

Will be adding an OME lift next week as well as 33 BFG's. Should be a big diff from the crappy stock Dunlops that are on now.

I didnt just buy mine out of the blue........I followed the r&d from the start until they came out........then got lucky and bought the first one on the lot in my area!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I have worked on my old roomates 40 and we pretty much rebuilt it from the frame up.... Loved every minute of it!!!!!!!!!
