PN for Volvo PS pulley bracket (flange?) (1 Viewer)

Howdy,

I’d love to not spend another $250+ on a full Volvo 240 PS assembly for my 60 PS conversion on my 78 40. I have a generic Saginaw pump with a 3/4 shaft for push-on pulleys. Looking at the parts diagram the Volvo assembly appears to be a bolt-on pulley over a push on flange/bracket that then fits a generic Saginaw pump.

I’ve called Volvo specialty shops and scoured the inter webs to no avail.

Anyone find this intermediate part? Got one laying around you’re itching to part w?

Any help would be dearly appreciated.

Why not use the press on pulley ? easier to find.

Is there one for a 17 mm belt? I’ve searched high and low w no luck. If you have a PN please send it my way

Yeah, this was all hashed out years ago when Man A Fre had one. Pick N Pull for a volvo hub or call Georg at Valley Hybrids, he may know of something that works.
