Does anybody know if there's away to tighten the steering. I have alot of play while driving and it pulls to one side when breaking.

If you are pulling to one side while braking, that might point to a caliper issue that needs to be investigated. If the caliper piston is getting stuck, it will pull the truck to one side.

Steering box worm gear can be adjusted but this doesn't lead to much, usually would recommend just sending your gearbox to RedHead for a rebuild.

Start with the simple things, bushings/tie rods/alignment/brakes/wheel torque, balance.

Also check your wheel bearings, and trunnion bearings.
Do you know how to check these?

As for pulling while breaking, brockdeck has it right, check your break calipers. Make sure the pistons run freely, and in the rears make sure the carrier pins are clean and lubed.

Air in system... ABS not working... rear load compensator... but...

most likely the pads & calipers need replacing.
