I'm with Brendan. If it was the low oil pressure shutdown it would run for maybe 10-15 seconds and then shut down. The low oil is NOT instant shutdown. You'll also see the EDIC motor move to shut it down. If you are still thinking the low oil pressure is shutting you down pull the lead off the low oil sensor and that disables the system.
I have my turbo returning oil at the altenator and getting it at the pressure sender.

Okay... Well then I will replace the priming pump and common drip rail/return rail and see if that makes a difference.

4Wheeldrive out of Canada wants $100ca for a used common drip rail :censor: that seems like a lot. Anyone know where I can get a new one for that price?

hey pvcruiser did you fix this issue?

ive recently swapped 3bs which included intake manifold, to maintain the current superglow system and mine takes a lot of cranks to catch.. i thought it was air in the system and fora while i had a few fuel leaks that i fixed.. now there are no leaks and it still takes heaps of cranking to start her up. i'm in brisbane and weather has been 25-35c the last week or so.. in the morning, at lunch and when its time to go home it always takes a heaps of cranks to catch.. i checked the glow system and i can't see the bus bar or the glow plugs getting any considerable voltage for any lenght of time. also noticed very hot +ve terminal with heaps of corrosion.. i just thought this was due to a recent beach trip but i swapped in a new brass one and its done the same thing.

i havent gone through the fsm 3b glowsystem test yet but will after a bit more research on mud..

For what its worth valve settings COLD are as follows Intake .25mm (0.10") Exhaust .40mm (.016")
