Flickr offers a free account and will display your pictures in several different sizes. Flickr includes the html syntax for posting on message boards.

BTW, Linux can optimize, resize, and even add borders with either the mogrify or convert command.

I'm not going to hound the poor guy, if you guys had heard the amount of work he does you wouldn't want to either. He told me he'd would let me know as soon as it was done... .I sent him a message last week and as soon as I hear from him you guys will also.
