Favorite summertime staple with the splitshot family.

Finely chopped red onions, green onions, serranos, chilis hueros, roma tomatoes, cilantro, garlic salt, and fresh squeezed lime juice.
All hand chopped. Mmmmm.

I've always looked at it, but haven't convinced the wife and kids yet to try it.. Looks good.

If I could only find who got to the cheese crisp before I could take a picture of it.
