Hey y’all, I’ve been a part of the 100series forum and then the 80series form for quite some time... recently sold my daily (2006 gx470) that I told myself I would leave stock... ended up doing 35s, total chaos uppers, guesseted spindles, rear spring conversion etc... sold it to a close friend on a whim when I found the cleanest raptor I’ve ever seen, had to have it! Long story short, it was fun but just didn’t feel right always having a landcruiser/toyota/Lexus platform and after 6 short months sold it, and a day later bought this.

Also just ordered 275/65/20 (34x11) falken at3w’s for now until I decide my plan.

I just ordered the same size but in Cooper AT3 XLT. I think the 275/65r20 is a great size for the LX stock wheels.

Nice group of vehicles you've owned! Good luck on your build - the great part is that there are now many more options for the 200 than there were even just a few years ago1

Let's see some pics of lx on 34s... Any cutting, trimming to make tires fit?

I have the exact same truck. I’m thinking about the same set of tires size. Post a picture after getting the new shoes.

Dem 34's? 275/65r20......?
Any cutting, trimming etc?

They are 275/65R20 on the sidewall they are labelled 34" x 11" R 20

They will most likely rub on your sway bar at full steering lock either direction, but only just barely. A 5-10mm spacer would probably take care of it, 3/4" Hub Centric Adapters fix the sway bar rub issue, but create some rub on the mud flaps and other plastics that require a little trimming in front. The rear is fine, no rub at all with or without spacers.

I've got zero rub now on the street or on the trail. If you are willing to do a little trimming and spacers it's a fantastic option and looks very proportional. The 5.7L has enough grunt that you don't notice any negatives on acceleration, you can feel the extra rotational mass when braking though. I switched to TRD Tundra pads and back to happy with the way it stops.

Once I wear out the Falkens I plan to push it a little farther and go with 35x11.50R20 Ridge Grapplers. We'll see how that goes but it's probably a couple year out, the Falkens seems to be soaking up the miles and trails with very little wear to show for it.

How did you like the Raptor? What made you sell it? How was the Rock crawling with it?

Looks awesome! Are you running wheel spacers?

Oh, you might find that you rub a little under certain driving conditions. I pretty much have no rubbing except every once in a while, when I'm braking hard and turning right.
