What your price range? There’s an 05 white land Cruiser with 230,000 miles on it Parked at London Bridge Park and sell here in Havasu for $12k and list it on craigslist . One owner Timing belt changed at 175K in 2017 . Only thing I saw is an issue in my quick look was power steering hoses and reservoir leak and possibly getting close to needing t fittings . I took pictures to compare to mine that I just bought . If you want pictures I have to go back that way today to pay my fuel account at the gas station across the street .
That's a relatively slow leak PS reservoir given 230k miles. Seen much worse.

She will be staying stock and given the important duty of being my daughters first cruiser. Heater tees being done before it leaves Havasu, they have never been changed.

Are they taking it over to Anderson Toyota?
Yes, it will be going to Anderson for the heater tees. I’m coming down for spring break and really don’t want to have to deal with it, even thou it is a simple job. My parents live in Havasu so they went and looked at it yesterday and FaceTime looking it over. Even spoke with the service manager at Anderson about extensive service Maintenance history.
