Hi all,
Recently picked up this 1994 in Hawaii and I’m chasing down a few small things on it. My drivers seat works, but the passenger forward/backward does not. The plastic end cap was popped off so I replaced the gears and cap with Gamiviti, but I still have nothing. It sounds like the motor isn’t even moving.
When I look under the seat there are a couple of other plugs that are not in use (the two yellowish ones on the left). Could that be part of my problem or does it sound like a bad motor? I also attached a picture of the connections on the seat.

Did you test for power on the vehicle side of the plug? Also, if there is power then check continuity at the motor. If you have the ability test the motor with a jumper.
IIRC you can test the alignment by moving the seat manually with a 10mm. The plug on the left in the last picture should be the one from the body, the other is a jumper of sorts for the seat and controls.
Also, suggest downloading the EWD and FSM from the Resources section as these are invaluable in troubleshooting.
