PartsNext is this a legit parts source?

Recently acquired a 75 series, had good luck with Partssouq , last week I was pricing some sheet metal and ended up ordering from Partsnext.
Zero updates from them , seems like 8 days should be reasonable timeframe for some kind of smoke signal as to order status.
Looking for feedback from people who have ordered thru them.

@MoJ can you suggest a better forum to get some feedback?
I searched and see a few results about Partsnext, nothing negative. I ordered a couple thousand bucks worth of stuff, and other than being charged and getting a confirmation e-mail no other contact.

Turns out, I missed a email from them. In the end I cancelled the order, shipping went from 400 up to 1500.
Exploring other options, definitely need the parts. Just looking for best shipping price
