Parts Help Please

I know they're all discontinued, but humor me if you don't mind.........
Truck is a 1967 FJ45LPB.
Anyone have part numbers for the following:

Stoplight housing, left
Stoplight housing, right
Gaskets for both sides
Fuel filler neck flex hose...the big "L" shped one that joins the filler neck to the tank.

Fuel filler neck flex hose...the big "L" shped one that joins the filler neck to the tank. -- 77217-90332

Shane, my head's a little fuzzy at the moment [four hours of sleep] but IIRC, I used the filler hose from a 73-78 40 in my 45. Hth
