Do you have an A/C idler up selenoid? It's usually attached to the left front sidewall/wheel well, has an electrical connection and 2 vacuum hose bibbs. When A/C cycles on, it switches to provide a vacuum boost increasing the RPMs.

I'm also looking for the pulley tensioner for the AC belt. It's at the lower right side (passenger-side) of the engine right next to the AC belt.
