part number for sleeve

I'm doing a disk brake conversion on my 72 fj40 using 84 bj60 parts. the steering arms off the 60 have a larger tie rod hole and i was looking for a part number of a sleeve that can be driven into the arm so i can use my stock tie rod ends.

Borg Warner Starter Bushing part #SB1

That is the one used by some on Pirate... I have never used it myself (I used to get machined ones) but a customer of mine just used them and was pleased!
