@Purpleaction did you get it wired back up yet? I too thought I had an extra dash light until reading this thread. I investigated last night and it looks like it has one bolt that goes up into the dash. Gonna go pick one up at Ace shortly.

Where does it connect to though? I found these two wires that look promising but they won't extend far enough to make the connection, plus it's a tough area to get a hand into. I'm thinking I may have to remove the crappy radio to get to the wires, which I don't really feel like doing just yet.

You could verify that they are the correct wires using a wiring diagram, multimeter and the information in post #16.

1. I do not have it reconnected. The PO hacked up the pigtail attached to the Heater Control Switch Light. I’m in the process of repairing.
2. The two wires in your photo look to be correct...make sure they match the pigtail In color. RW and WB. The length of the wires under dash look to be affected by the stereo.
