Parking brake adjustment… (3 Viewers)

Lil help please.
My 72 FJ40 has new parking brake drum/hardware/shoes.
Cam is adjusted all the way counterclockwise.
Still, the handle pulls all the way out and truck rolls.
On the firewall, is this adjustment.
Wil turning the cable sleeve in or out help?

I am not accusing you of anything, observing and noted when inconsistent statement was made as others may try and screw the cable housing into the mount to tighten ? And I did not mention this as I dont want to accuse anyone, you posted the adjuster is all the way counterclockwise, that would be loose as possible, all the clockwise is tightening shoes to drum.

So in 52 years who knows what PO's have Gerry Rigged. Before the internet it was really hard to get parts and information for old stuff. Plus now there are small outfits making new OEM style parts that were NLA for decades, YEA.

Its a parking brake cable, shouldn't require rocket surgery to fix the issue.
