Parasitic draw coming from radio

Spent some time testing both the constant (yellow) and the radio ignition wire (red). Here is what I uncovered..
BOTH are always on regardless of the key being in our out!
So that leads me to believe something is up with my ignition switch. This is a aftermarket "universal" harness and I am using a stock switch out of a 71. Any ideas on what might be happening?
