Paint or powder coat

Going back to the OEM bumpers on the 55 for that "original" look. Got a fairly decent pair from James at cruiserparts.net but they need to be refinished. Going to go w/ the stock grey color so the question now is paint or powder coat?

powder coat will hold up better. I have yet to see a painted or powdercoated bumper come out looking like the stock color however. they all seem to have to much glitter. Its a shame you can't buy new 55 bumpers like you can for a 40($100)

I say powder coat - it will cost a little more money but they have to blast them bare so you'll get rid of any rust issues. They'll ultimately look better and last longer IMO -
