Ooo... if I had to speculate, the center of the cup holder would be immediately above an imaginary line drawn between the lock and window switches. Based on reference points; I’d venture to guess the forward control (door lock?) would be visually obscured.

I'm the only one who whish they make them longer ? I would like to see them start on the door lock button ( which I hate in this position BTW ) up to the front .. ?

My elbow it's right there on the lock ..

I could see where that would be a tad uncomfortable.
