Tried my local napa store and they would sell me the ends but cant make them

Cut back the wire covering with a razor blade. Grab your favorite hammer. Put the end on smash it down. Soder if you want or cover with electrical tape. Its what I've done and it works.

The hammer crimp tool looks like it would work fine but i already have my cables now i will mention this tool to my cousin who is a mechanic and helping me with the fj40

There are replacement cable sets on eBay as well.

the cable sets are not for the Albright solenoid though.

This is the 500 amp fuse I got for the positive lead going from the battery to the winch. While I eas at it I got a spare fuse figuring I wouldnt be able to buy one locally. Now if I can remember where I put it when I need it and dont forget.

Here is a pic of the finished powder coated winch with albright solenoid and a 6HP motor. I wasnt able to drill for zerk fitting on the dead end of the spool because there are no holes for the plastic plate to mount the zerk fittings will have to silicone the plastic cap on and grease the bushing before i assemble it and mount it on the FJ40 if I every get it back from painting.
