That’s your front main seal, it might be leaking from the oil pump seal and chasing down, I would bet that’s just dripping down on your crank position sensor but that does leak also. When most people do this they replace the oil pump oring, and front main seal. Her is a decent write up on it.

got it thank you! do anyone know the part number for the oil pump cover screws/bolts? sounds like i should replace them when i replace the o-ring.

A simple internet search….
There is a allen head replacement that eliminates striping of the OEM JIS Phillip's type screws. Search the forum for some links where to purchase. Otherwise you need to purchase a JIS screw driver. JIS = Japan industrial standard.
