Put some fresh oil into your new dry filter before you install it (quick flick of the wrist) and maybe you do not have to wait 10 seconds for the oil pressure to come up.

If you don't pre-saturate the filter elements, you don't love your Cruiser!

Of course you're supposed to use oil. It goes down that little tube that holds the long yellow handled back scratcher

hehehe Nah - I do change my own oil on occasion. Only one 'good' filter left tho.
