Hi it fits all l/c 6cyl execpt for the 3f. It has the f type exhaust manifold but will fit the 2f with headers always worked best with headers. Have ran this myself has been professionly repaired on the mounting falnges {outter only} they where knowned to crack and is if not better then new thats why its a good price have seen them see for more not to many around anymore. Its your call.Thanks

Actually, Offy originally cast different intakes for the F and the 2F. If you look at the underside of the intake, you will see that it has the EXACT pattern for a factory gasket to mate up to a STOCK exhaust manifold. F will have 3 holes, 2F will have 5.

Hey Mark You are correct now that I realy think about it I have seen the 2f style offy intake its been awhile Offy made 2 different castings 1 was their early cast and after the 2f came out they did make the other I have seen guys run them with stock exhaust manifolds but why get more in if you can,t get it out.
