I ordered a snatch strap from them two months ago and had it sent to a friends house in the states, it hadn't arrived before they returned to Kenya and according to her parents it still hasn't arrived. The bummer is that I paid for it and they charged my account- does anyone have any good connections there to see if they can follow up on this for me? I have sent them several emails, now I understand why I got no replies.
