Its clean..... those 16" rims say bottom of the line in options though.
I'd pass..... low miles is nice bit doesnt mean much on those engines and transmissions. Mine can still balance a quarter on the running engine with double those miles.

I have a reupholstered Steering wheel I had done locally here in chapel hill. Was gonna use it on the current 80 but decided I’d rather sell it and use the funds in other areas.

Includes air bag, turn signal, and wiper/headlight stalk. $350

They are behind a gas station. Mostly do furniture but seemed willing to accommodate when I walked in and talked to them. Not the best ive seen but, they are close and the price seems fair.
