I have a split case on an A440F that I got from Greg. I'll see what year 60 it came off of. All I need off the case is the back shell, if the shaft is right for you, it's yours.

Came out of an 88-90 FJ60. No difference in the front output shaft. Main output shaft is bearing supported instead of bushing supported as in the FJ60 output shafts. They are interchangeable between cases, as long as you swap the high and low speed gears over.

Darin, the A440 is one I swapped out that was slipping real bad in a 1990 FJ62 I had and doesn't have a valve body in it because it had a OZ valve body in it which I sold. welcome to it for parts though. Only thing I am interested in is the macnamara gear I had in the split case.

Thanks Greg, This red one i got i am thinking is going to need a transmission soon. Was run low on fluid before i got it. Worse case senario with no valve body is after he built that one for me then just slap my valve body in prior to install. Took it to my friend at the transmission shop and he said that the clutches had some glazing on them from being run low fom the sounds of it.

Going to need to buy some old split cases i see also as i have one here i have needed 2 parts for that i do not have.

Darin, I will also have all the innards from my existing split case on the troopie that you are welcome to, I have the Marks Gears so I find need the stock input, idler, lo and high output gears, 38mm idler shaft, and I replaced the front and rear output shafts ala Beno. If I get my thirds pulled, I'll bring the tranny and T case parts along with them.
