I really want something minimal like that to bring the front chin up a little, but all the photos on their website makes the truck look like a decepticon. What does it look like in person?

Photo in high with sensors adjusted (of course) to show stock bumper. I want the corners flaring down to sculpt up, rounding off the sharp edges of the front of the wheel well.

I'm not sure I've seen one that does what you're describing. You might need to find a good local fabricator and give him your ideas.
