Curious why you guys use so many LX's and not LC's? Especially as you gut the suspension anyways?

Is it something like the LX comes with the big 5.7 motor while the LC gets the 4.6?
My sister lives in Doha. They have a VXR 5.7 200, and a GXR 4.6L currently in their garage. Both LC.

Additionally, Toyota also sell the 4.0 GX and the 4.5L GXR LC there.

Toyota prices are about $52000-$90,000 depending on versions.

LX570 are $95,000-$128,000 there.

I know my brother in law is getting rid of his 4.6L LC next year for a LX570....

that truck sure is pretty. i want to know if you miss the automatic back door opening feature. I imagine you can't use it with the bumper and tire carrier. I love that feature.

Very cool! I remember that spot from last year's LCDC trip. Had some decent pucker factor in the rain/mud. I like the way the rear bumper looks without the swingouts. Was it hard to remove them?

fun spot for sure. the 100 behind me was literally a 1/4" from taking a nice root stripe down the side. It appears to be even more washed out now. cant imagine it in a few years
