Actually I been wanting to paint my roof black, so it's okay is just sooner than I expected. The black plastic on the mirror is cracked so I just bent it to where it would have some shape. It was fun! now I'm rushing to install my bumper, lights, and winch that are cluttering my garage B-)

Did it come with new bolts?

The bolts dont line up exatly because they hate ypu and me... mine did the same i have grade 8 bolts that should fit if you need um

Well they did come with old instructions, but the guy from road armor said we're not reading correctly. I'm still a bit fuzzy about his explanation, but my friends left for the day. Hey Trabb, Kevin, or Grouper if any of you guys can give us a visual I'll try again another day. :o:confused:

flip it upside down? That might help. Good luck!

you just have it backwards. that's all. flip around. :)

That side piece goes on to the body mount bolt. , also, I beleive taht you need to tap out the existing studs.

It took me a while to see the where it slides in, but I do have to knock out the studs. Trying to work, install in between calls and other crap didn't help. The only thing I have to see tomorrow when I go back to my shop is the "Cut the headlight mount right in front of the vertical mount to reinstall." do you remember having to this?
