We can perhaps meet at the Chevron off of I 17 and Carefree highway I believe that is where it is?

Ben, if you leave at 5 am like you mention, you think you could be in north phoenix at the chevron by 715? Mapquest from tucson to anthem says 2 hours 11 minutes. *ish

I'm planning on driving up after work on Friday night and camping somewhere in the vicinity.
Leaving from Hayden sometime after three thirty - we are doing our annual environmental testing so it could be as late as six or seven depending on when we finish.
I'll be driving up through Globe on 77, Payson and Pine on 188 -> 87, and then either Lake Mary road to camp somewhere near Mormon Lake or 260 over towards Camp Verde so I can ambush the Phoenix crowd as they go up I-17 on Saturday.
If y'all are up to casual camping on Friday night I can wait for you in Hayden along side highway 77, otherwise I'll see you up north on Saturday.
My cruiser can cruse at 70-75 so I should be able to meet up in anthem with you all. Any other 40's in the group driving up?
Stepmurr and myself will be in our 40's too.

Ha ha ha....Ok everyone that is interested, is 730am at 4 Sons Chevron OK with everyone even anyone from Tucson interested in meeting there or would anyone like to propose another time? To all interested parties - I will be at the 4 Sons Chervon (Carefree Highway and I - 17) on Saturday Morning, September 13 at 730am departing roughly at 7:45am. If you are meeting up - please post up so we have any idea who to wait for

I figured that as you can have beer at the Beer tent. Wish I could camp but can't spare the time and will have to head home that day.
Ill be staying all day at the event and then driving to Sedona saturday night. Camp in a hotel then enjoy Sedona all day sunday, hit up some of the beautiful trails Sedona has to offer.

Will be glad to meet up. I will be taking 179 to Oak Creek and I have a CB so Channel 4 is the preferred channel. No ham for me.
