I was hoping to have it sold before hauling it down there but I'm considering bringing it to the swap meet even if I don't have a buyer lined up.

I purchased the ring at a local trailer supply and then welded the ring to the square tube and gussets. Not sure if you were asking if I made the ring itself. If so, I did not.
