Hi everyone. I’m the owner of a new to me 2020 LX 570 and in the process of doing some baseline maintenance. I’ve ordered parts from various dealers and online website and haven’t though much of it until now. I had lexuspartsnow.com send me an all weather floor mat rolls up in the plastic bag and wrapped in tape. It ended up being the 3 row version and didn’t fit despite the website showing the correct mat for the 2 row model. They refused to provide a RMA on the basis it was ‘opened and used’. I am not amused. Is this a unique experience? Does anyone have recommendations for dealers that discount or other online part sources? I’ve all used Yotaparts and had good luck thus far. Thanks in advance.

I supply the part numbers for all the parts I buy using Anamaya and Partsouq so I haven’t had to return anything. So I don’t have any experience there with the following Toyota Dealerships. I’ve personally ordered from Serra Toyota, Gresham Toyota if I need it quicker (I live on the west coast), and Valdosta Toyota. Valdosta Toyota actually called me because I didn’t provide the VIN when placing the order to verify the parts fitment and gave my no issues when I told them they weren’t for a vehicle that the parts originally came from.

Here’s a good thread that also posts when the deal ships have 25% off sales.

Thank you. I’m going to stick to these dealer sites going forward. ‘Fat fingering’ a part number seems to be a non-event with the dealers so long as the part isn’t used.
